Conference Proposal Submission
We invite you to present your research, case studies, theoretical analyses, and practical implementations at our upcoming conference. By sharing your unique perspective, you will contribute to a rich exchange of knowledge and benefit from diverse insights and meaningful discussions. Submit your proposal and be part of this collaborative effort!

Proposals are welcome in the following formats:

Presentations
discussion (up to 20 minutes) of scholarly research (finalized or early stage work), library projects, or best practices.
Panels
interactive sessions (up to 60 minutes) that present diverse perspectives and approaches on a specific topic. Authors are responsible for proposing the session format and inviting up to 5 participants including the moderator.
Workshops
instructional and practical sessions (up to 60 minutes), encouraging interactive discussions among participants with shared interests.
Posters
brief visual presentations to be showcased during a poster session.
New formats
If you have an innovative idea for presenting your work—beyond traditional methods like talks or panels—feel free to propose it. We encourage formats that foster engagement, interaction, and novel ways of sharing knowledge or facilitating discussions.

We look forward to receiving your proposals and are excited for what promises to be a dynamic and thought-provoking conference!
